Aida has 10 years of experience advising international and domestic clients, guiding them in matters of local law and business practice.

She specialises in advising clients on the full cycle of operation of companies in various fields, including advising on legal structures, licenses, permits, approvals, taxation, labour relations and other requirements for doing business in Uzbekistan.

Aida has extensive experience in the representation of the interests of international and domestic companies in the courts and regulatory authorities.

Aida advises international NGOs and representative offices, as well as commercial companies operating in the fields of civil and industrial construction, mining, healthcare and trade.

Before joining Alef Quad, Aida was a partner in a local advocacy firm.
